Governing Council is apex body for steering and direction of CoE RBT (Pre-cell) to achieve its vision. The committee comprises of leading policy influencers and decision makers from Govt of India, R&D sector and industry association.

Expert Review Committee
Expert Review Committee, comprising of experts from Govt of India, Academia, R&D sector and Industry has been formed to guide and recommend high Technology Readiness Level (TRL) activities of the CoE RBT (Pre-cell). ERC reviews and finalizes techno-commercial R&D roadmap which will lead to indigenous technology commercialization.
